Detailed introduction
Water-based epoxy intermediate paint is a water-diluted epoxy intermediate paint, which is composed of water-based epoxy curing agent, liquid epoxy resin, deionized water and a small amount of additives.

Application range
Industrial plants, warehouses, underground parking lots, office spaces, home decoration floors, and places with high environmental protection requirements.

A component yellow transparent liquid 18kg/barrel

B component colorless transparent liquid 6kg/barrel

Packaging: Printed metal packaging drum. It is recommended to stack it in three layers when stacking.

Storage: Store at a temperature of 5-35°C in a cool, ventilated, and dry warehouse; keep away from fire and heat sources and strictly prohibit exposure to sunlight

Grassroots requirements
The compressive strength of the concrete floor should be ≥20Mpa, the tensile strength should be ≥1.5Mpa, and the flatness should be ±4mm/2m. The base surface must be dry, clean, and free from oil and other pollution

Construction tips
Materials A and B should be used within 60 minutes after mixing. If the viscosity of the material is found to increase significantly, it cannot be used any more and should be discarded.

Construction should be stopped when the temperature is below 10°C

The flatness and compactness of the substrate have a certain influence on the coating amount, drying time and recoating interval.

Instructions for use
Surface treatment: Before construction, dust, sand, cement laitance, grease, and old coatings should be removed from the base surface, and polished to form a rough surface. Primer seals the base surface.

Dosage: about 0.30㎏/㎡, 80-120 mesh sand in one pass, 400 mesh powder in one pass, there is a big difference based on the flatness of the ground and the construction design plan.

Construction method: Mix the main agent and the curing agent at a weight ratio of 3:1, and mechanically stir for 2 minutes until the mixture is uniform and creamy. Then add 30% water to dilute and stir evenly. Add quartz sand or quartz powder and stir evenly before scraping.

Sand ratio

80-120 mesh quartz sand paint: quartz sand = 1: 1.5-2 (mass ratio)

200-400 mesh quartz powder paint: quartz powder = 1: 0.8-1 (mass ratio)

Note: The amount of paint is the total amount of components A and B, excluding water added later.
