Detailed introduction
Epoxy Primer is a solvent borne two component epoxy resin based coating. It is suitable for the sealing and reinforcement treatment of the ground and wall cement base. As an epoxy floor primer, this product has the characteristics of good penetration, strong adhesion, strength and durability.

Application range
Closure of industrial plants, warehouses, underground parking lots, office spaces, etc.

Product information
The material is divided into two components: A and B.

Component A transparent liquid 15kg/barrel

Component B brown liquid 3kg/barrel

Ratio: A component: B component = 5:1

Packaging: Printed metal packaging drum. It is recommended to stack it in three layers when stacking.

Storage: The storage temperature is 5-35℃. It should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry warehouse.

Keep away from fire and heat sources, and strictly prohibited from exposure to the sun.

Grassroots requirements
The compressive strength of the concrete floor should be ≥20Mpa, the tensile strength should be ≥1.5Mpa, and the flatness should be ±4mm/2m. The base surface must be dry, clean, and free from oil and other pollution

Dilution: Not dilutable

Construction method: Roller coating, scraping coating, spraying can be used. Pay attention to even application without accumulation or leakage.

Clean tools immediately with thinner after use

Instructions for use
Surface treatment: Before construction, the base surface should be cleaned of dust, sand, cement laitance, grease, and old coatings, etc., and polished to form a rough surface to open the capillary pores on the surface of the base

Theoretical dosage: about 0.2 kg/square meter

Proportion: A:B=5:1 (weight ratio), mix and stir evenly before construction.

Opening time: A and B materials should be used within 40 minutes after mixing. If the viscosity of the material is found to increase significantly, it cannot be used any more and should be discarded.

1. This product is a two-component product, and the two components of A\B should be fully mixed before use.

2. The construction of the next process can only be carried out after the product is fully dried.

3. Note that epoxy products are two-component curing materials. When preparing coatings, you must read the labels clearly, do not confuse them, do not violate the deployment ratio, and use them up as soon as possible within the applicable time

First-aid

Hazardous characteristics: Can burn when exposed to open flames. Hazardous combustion products: CO, CO2, etc.

Fire extinguishing methods and fire extinguishing agents: dry powder, carbon dioxide, sand. Evacuate nearby and surrounding personnel, firefighters should wear pressure oxygen breathing apparatus, spray water on containers exposed to fire to cool them down and disperse evaporation.
