Component A solid color viscous liquid 20kg/barrel

Component B tan liquid 5kg/barrel

Packaging: Printed metal packaging drum. It is recommended to stack it in three layers when stacking.

Storage: The storage temperature is 5-35℃. It should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry warehouse.

Keep away from fire and heat sources, and strictly prohibited from exposure to the sun.

Grassroots requirements
The compressive strength of the concrete floor should be ≥20Mpa, the tensile strength should be ≥1.5Mpa, and the flatness should be ±4mm/2m. The base surface must be dry, clean, and free from oil and other pollution.

Construction tips
Construction should be stopped when the temperature falls below 5°C.

Materials A and B should be used within 60 minutes after mixing. If the viscosity of the material is found to increase significantly, it cannot be used any longer and should be scrapped.

The flatness and compactness of the substrate have a certain influence on the coating amount, drying time and recoating interval.

Instructions for use
Surface treatment: Before construction, the base surface should be cleaned of dust, sand, cement laitance, grease, and old coatings, etc., and polished to form a rough surface to open the capillary pores on the surface of the base.

Theoretical dosage: about 0.4-0.8 kg/square meter, there is a big difference based on the flatness of the ground and the construction design plan.

How to use: The ratio of main agent and curing agent is 4:1 (weight ratio), and it must be mixed and stirred strictly according to the ratio before use

80-120 mesh quartz sand paint: quartz sand = 1:0.5-0.8 (mass ratio)

200-400 mesh quartz powder paint: quartz powder = 1:0.3-0.5 (mass ratio)
