Main feature
Anti-alkali sealing primer is a multifunctional anti-alkali primer prepared from high-quality raw materials such as soap-free acrylic emulsion. It has excellent penetration ability, can effectively prevent water-soluble substances from being precipitated from the cement base, has strong adhesion to the substrate, high bonding strength, can greatly improve the adhesion of the topcoat, and has the properties of saving topcoat and improving the gloss of the topcoat. .

Base treatment and construction method
Substrate: It should be solid, clean and dry, with a moisture content of less than 10% and a pH of less than 10; the pulverized substrate should be removed with a spatula or wire brush to completely remove the mold spots.

Old paint film: Check the aging of the old paint film and remove the loose parts thoroughly.

Salting-out: It is recommended to treat with oxalic acid solution of appropriate concentration (determined according to the degree of salting-out, but generally no more than 5%), then rinse with clean high-pressure water and dry in the air.

It can be applied by roller, brush or spray, and it can be diluted evenly with water as appropriate, and the amount of water added should not exceed 15%. Wash the tools with clean water in time when they are not in use. It is recommended to use water-resistant putty for interior walls and high-strength exterior wall putty.

The construction temperature should not be lower than 5°C, the humidity should be less than 85%, and the base temperature should not be lower than 10°C.

This product can be used on both interior and exterior walls.

Storage, transportation and packaging specifications
Store in a dry, cool and airtight warehouse with a temperature above 5°C. The temperature for storage and transportation should be 5-35°C.

The paint is water-based, non-toxic, non-flammable, and can be treated as non-dangerous goods in storage and transportation.

The shelf life is 24 months, and the date of manufacture can be seen on the can body or certificate of conformity.
